Having previously appeared rumors, we found the information more complete specification of the HTC Flyer where the product is a 7-inch Android tablet with a screen resolution up to 1024 x 600 pixels the same size and resolution that we know of the Samsung Galaxy Tab.
The processor used is the Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon. Some of us may know that the processor is also a HTC smartphone Desire HD brain. HTC Flyer tablet also supports HDMI, have support HSPA connectivity, otherwise known as super-3G that could provide download speeds up to 14ǐ Mbps, and upload speeds of 5.76 Mbps.
HTC Flyer will also support HDMI-connector (mhl), and DLNA support for wireless streaming movies and music.
HTC Flyer also supports video phone / video calls, too. At the front of a camera mounted to give the ability to make video calls. This camera has 1.3 megapixel resolution, while the main camera on the back of the unit, can take a picture resolution of 5 megapixels. The main camera will also have an LED flash and face recognition.
HTC Flyer will not be able to make regular phone calls via GSM. Conversely Skype installed will handle video calls.
In the spec sheets listed Flyer her OS is Android 2.3. Since the new Android 3.0 for the tablet was announced.
In other words we do not really know whether the Flyers would get Android 2.3 or 3.0 will launch with the Android Honeycomb.
